I have tried going to website suggested. It errors and wont open.

Order returned. Tracked it and you folks received on 5/21. When may I expect refund?
Hey @DDodwell. In most cases, refunds take us up to 7-10 business days to be refunded. Although, after checking with my billing team, with COVID delays, refunds can take 14-21 regular days, instead of the 7-14. If you do not see a refund by June 8th, please give our support team a call and they can escalate this for you!
