Hi @gansloaded. Try performing a reset on your device and then reconnecting it to WiFi. To perform a reset, you’ll need to press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. After that, you can reconnect it to WiFi. This should prompt a quick update and the power source should reflect correctly in the Device Health menu of the Ring app.
hmm mine shows connected but has stopped charging. i guess i will have to try that of course its 20 degrees now. so it will be hard to deal with those wires
