Video doorbell working normal for over a year then a few weeks ago it went “offline”on its own. It reconnects by itself then goes offline again. I’ve reinstalled it twice but goes offline again within minutes.
Hi @userbtv69. What specific doorbell model is this? This information can be found in the Ring app, in the Device Health menu. You can also find your RSSI there, which can be playing a factor in your connectivity. A good first step would be to reboot your WiFi router and see if that improves your RSSI.
