Hi I have just setup my new ring alarm system have installed everything except 1 door sensor which I cannot get installed I have followed all the troubleshooting info for the device but cannot get it to register anyone have any ideas?
Hi @Lisa_j! A common cause of this can be pulling all the tabs from your new Alarm devices at once, during setup. If removing the battery, reinserting the battery, and attempting a new setup did not work, try the steps found in our Contact Sensor troubleshooting help center article. Sometimes removing or resetting the device can help, if it is not showing up in your Ring app. I hope this helps!
