Chime status offline

Hello all,

2 days ago Ring’s chime 1st gen change state to offline, suddenly. There not any changes on my network. I reset it to factory default but the behavior is the same.

Does anyone else facing the same problem ?

Hi @dkotix. That was an excellent troubleshooting step to try for your concern. You also want to try rebooting your router by unplugging it from power for a few seconds and plugging it back in. Temporarily plugging your Chime into the same room as your router can help as well. Then try reconnecting your Chime to your WiFi.
