Chime not working since Broadband changed

I had new broadband installed yesterday. I updated the outdoor device and am trying to update the chime but when I press and hold the button on the side the front doesn’t light as it should. I’ve tried different power sockets but still no luck

Hi @user57658. Those were excellent troubleshooting steps to try for an unresponsive Ring Chime. I recommend making sure you are pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds. If that makes no difference and your chime is still unresponsive, give our support team a call for further assistance.
