My chime went offline and when trying to reconnect it has a constant green light. I hold the button on the side for 5 seconds and the light goes off and comes back on solid green. So then hold for 15 seconds and after 1 minute the green light goes off and comes back on but will not go to flashing mode.
Hi @user53082. Try plugging your Chime into a different outlet, and hold down the button on the side for 15 seconds. Then attempt to complete a new setup in the Ring app by following the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Chime continues to be unresponsive, you’ll need to follow up with our support team to take a closer look at this.
