Can the crashes be fixed on the website?? - need an "Idea Label" for the website

Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received the error and this Exception ID: 3C587341.** **Click your browser's Back button to continue.** **Return to my original page** I then clicked on the "Return to my original page" in the above and got: **An Unexpected Error has occurred.** **Your request failed. Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received the error and this Exception ID: 5B51E0BB.** **Click your browser's Back button to continue.** **Return to my original page** I had two additional page crashes but did nto save them as I assume they are all probably the same problem.
