Battery powered path light offline, light stays solid when charging, batter swap no help

I have noticed that one of my battery powered path lights has not been turning on at night, and it is showing offline. When I plugged it in to charge the light just stays solid and does not blink. I tired to to do a batter swap and it still shows offline. Is there anything else I can try to get this light back up and working? It is a couple of years old. So far it is the only one out of many that is having this issue.

Hi @veener79. You can try factory resetting your Pathlight and then trying to reconnect it to your Bridge to see if it works. Press and hold the reset button in the battery compartment for 15 seconds to perform a factory reset. If the reset is successful within 30–60 seconds, you should see it flash twice.
