If I trigger my alarm I’m getting a notification to my phone, but no longer receive a phone call. Is anyone else having this problem? Used to work fine, emergency contacts set up correctly. Appreciate any help on this

If you do have Assisted Monitoring active and your emergency contacts are set up correctly but you are not getting a call when the Alarm has been triggered, then you will want to give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here to further investigate.
