I’m new to Ring and having and no joy in adding my Ring account to my iphone 12. It fails at the verification (verification failed). I can add it ok to my KIndle device but not my iphone. I’ve looked at all of the advice on the Ring website but not very useful. Any ideas would be welcomed. I have the Ring 3
Hi @user51968. When signing into your Ring account on a new phone or tablet, you will receive a Two Step Verification code to the phone number on your account. If the phone number on your account is not correct, you’ll need to change it on another device that you’re already signed into.
