The lights shortcut disappeared on the App
Does anybody know why the Lights Shortcut disappeared on the ring app? Before the new update, we had a lights shortcut on the dashboard in which we were able to toggle our wired floodlights on and off. Now we have to turn them on and off individually in the devices tab and they don’t stay on and turn off automatically after a little bit. Customer service was no help. Any suggestions?

I completely agree, it's a terrible update. Ring, please give us back what worked and had better functionality. What are the programmers thinking. Doesn't any verify that this version is worse for the end user NOT better. Ease of use is very important to the end user, you know, your paying customers. Put it back!
