Solar Wall light battery died

My new Wall Light Solar won’t hold a charge. (Neither will the path lights, but I’m still trouble shooting them) I have STRONG full sunlight & it’s in a location that I had a generic solar motion detection light, but goes offline overnight. My path lights did the same so I brought them in to charge separately. I’ve got the Wall Light inside now to charge & I can’t tell if it’s charging as the light isn’t flashing like it did w/first charge. The batteries are dated 2021/01/20, so they aren’t old, but I would like replacements. Additionally, I noticed that it has an input for a wired charger? What charger is used for this? As it may be a long term answer ? Help!
