I’m attempting to connect a ring light via a new echo dot 4th gen as the bridge. The ring app says I need to connect an Alexa compatible device and then enable ring in skills. I do this but it doesn’t do anything in the ring app. I’ve deleted/reinstalled, disabled and enabled skills in Alexa. No luck. I just can’t get it to connect. How should the normal process work with echo dot? Is this a product issue?
