I moved house six months ago and forgot to take my ring doorbell. I forgot to cancel subscription so was charged for yearly subscription anyou please refund me as I want to purchase a new doorbell thank you

They cannot do it on here. Log in to your account on the web app account.ring.com, sign in with your user name and password then click on "Plan". Sign in again if asked, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose "Cancel Plan". You will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, so if the plan has just begun, you will receive an 11 month refund.
