Orange upgrade banner not going
Ever since we were offered the chance to upgrade to the new super duper plan via the orange banner which pops up in the app, it has not disappeared and every time I open the app I have to click on the cross to get rid. How do I get rid of it permanently?

Even if you have subscribed, then purchase another product that comes with the 'free trial'. You will get this banner, EVEN though you have already got the paid subscription. "There is no means to remove this". I have spoken to Ring 'support' about this and that's the official statement.

It's a subject that's been brought up regularly. Until you subscribe, the orange banner will remain, there is no way of getting rid of it. Many people do actually return their Ring products just because of this constant prompting.
