ring Gen 2 keypad stops playing tones
Hello all,New install of Ring Alarm, so far likely the system very much. I have however come across a little issue with one of my keypads (I have two gen 2 pads). After a day or two the keypad goes silent. Touching buttons, setting alarm, or indeed chimes stop playing on it. They continue to work on the other keypad and base unit.I've checked the keypad settings and see that volume is up and switch to play chimes is set to yes. The first time it did this I removed the device and performed a factory reset, this seems to recover it. However it's just happened again. Is there a way to force a software refresh or something else which might fix this?Thanks--Guy

Hi @user_7b3467. When the Keypad isn't playing audio, are you still able to arm or disarm your system with it? Or is the Keypad not responsive at all during this time? If the Keypad isn't responsive at all, this makes me thing it might be losing its connection with the Base Station. Approximately how far from the Base Station is this Keypad placed?
