Ring Contact Sensor (2nd generation) - Battery Issue
troubleshooting
Hi, has anyone see an issue with their Contact Sensor where the battery keeps draining and the sensor stops working after 2-3 weeks. I have other sensors that are fine and are similar distance from the Ring Extender. I also can see in the event log for the sensor that it keeps saying Battery is Full and then Battery is OK (with half a charge) every couple of days.

It's faulty. Contact Support, they will likely replace it FOC.
