If i have the Ring security base station and need to be connected with the 2rd floor sensors, can i use the WiFi connection or should i get the Ring extender device or any other solution. Thanks

Hi @MMar3i. The Sensors for the Ring Alarm communicate with the Base Station with Z-wave, not wifi. You will need an Alarm Range Extender if one of your Sensors is to far away from the Base Station to help extend the signal to it.
