Hi @Craigk. A few questions to get a better understanding of what might be happening. How far apart is the Contact Sensor from the Magnet? In the Ring App, does it show that it has a weak signal or tampered? Sometimes, if the magnet is too far from the Contact Sensor, or if the signal is weak, it could cause it to behave this way. Let me know, so we can get to the bottom of this issue.
