I am attempting to change the internet provider for my cottage Ring security system. I am the registered owner of the system. Followed the link Devices, base station, device settings… but only get 2 options - name and room. No option for changing provider. I have 2 other locations on my app and only my home base station offers the option to change providers. How should I proceed to add/get/find this option at my cottage?Thank you

    Hi @user_b9f877. If you are changing provider, but your WiFi name and password stay the same, there is nothing else you need to do. However, if you have a different WiFi name and password, you'll need to follow the steps in this Help Center article here. Let me know if this helps.

      Hi TimThe router that the system had been using for years is removed. A new provider and router is now at the cottage. The system keeps defaulting to the old router and I can’t get it to look for new routers. I have three different ring locations systems on my phone/iPad and all use different routers as they are geographically different locales. All I’m needing is to find the area on the app for this specific location to search for new internet options.ThanksBrian
