Hi everyone, my Ring door bell will conncet to my phone, but will not connect to the WiFi, what am I doing wrong? I have tried the live chat on the ring website, doesn’t work. I have tried calling the UK phone number giver for support, doesn’t work, goes to america and billing, no actual support, so all information on their website is just rubbish, so any help at all is really appreciated, thnaks

Hi @user82007. First, which Ring Doorbell are we working with? The device name is located on the original packaging, and on the back of the Doorbell itself. Are you receiving an error message during the setup process in the Ring app? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end. I’m happy to help with some general troubleshooting assistance once I have more information.
