I purchased a camera and late February connected it to Wi-Fi and it's operated fine for 8 months. It's now no longer able to connect to Wi-Fi. Customer service offers workarounds with boosters and extenders instead of honoring the repair, replace or refund warranty.

HI @user_37b78e. Are you receiving a specific error message when you try to reconnect the camera to your wifi network? How far is the camera from your router? Also, which model of camera is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app.
