Being Charged For An Annual and a Monthly subscription
I have been charged £49.99 for an annual subscription and £7.99 a month for a monthly one. I managed to initially contact customer support who said the monthly one would stop. It hasn't. Only one plan is shown on my account. I keep going around in circles on the customer support bot and can't connect to a human being to sort this. Please help.
