Ring chime not connecting not working

Hi All. Just purchased a ring chime . Have tried numerous times to setup . get's as far as talking to chime and then get a stupid message of Hmmmm something went wrong . Can anybody help please before this goes out of window ?> Thank you . Mike

Hi @micky012. There are a few things you can try. First, if you have another phone or tablet to attempt the setup on, try that. If not, make sure that on the device you are using, bluetooth is turned off and that location services is turned on. Also, check and make sure that there are no wireless printers in the general area, as they may cause interference. These changes should allow you to setup your Chime. I hope this helps!
