Ring chime 2nd generation

I thought the light was ment to be blue but never heard the sound when door bell was pressed, I have now realised its to be green and it keeps flashing green . It’s right next to router, I have followed all the steps and still flashing green what do I do please.

Hi @user_63ed78. What do you see in the Ring app? Does it show that your Ring Chime is connected, or is it showing that it's offline? I'd recommend plugging the Chime into an outlet near your wifi router, then following the steps in the app to set it up if you haven't done so yet.
