Base Station power light is stuck on orange, reset doesn't work

Alarm Base Station power light is stuck on orange and not turning green, the power cord works fine - pressing and releasing the reset button at the back of the device also doesn't help

    Hi @user_803610. As you can see in this Help Center article here, and amber colored light indicates the Base Station is running on battery power. I suggest unplugging the power cord, and making sure the port is clear of any obstructions, then plugging back in. Please note, DO NOT try to perform a factory reset on your Base Station, as there is a strict protocol for this procedure. Thank you.
