Terrible Website Interface
Your website for viewing my camera videos is just terrible! I don't know who designed it, but it's almost impossible to scroll through the videos because I can barely get to the scrolling and if I can, I can't adjust it so I can get to a specific one. I don't do screenshots on my phone and when I need to see something up close, I need a bigger picture so go to the web, but trying to figure out which one is ridiculous. You need to rearrange the page or autohide the header in order to push the video block up farther so people can actually scroll through their history. The ENTIRE window is shown here. Tell me how I'm supposed to scroll through that tiny window on the bottom, because I can't figure it out. I'm on Chrome and this has been happening since I first signed up for Ring. Doesn't matter if the browser is full screen or not, it needs fixed!

I was going to outfit my home with ring cameras, but recent experience with your website causes me to pause and re-evaluate that decision. Here it is August 23rd, and I needed to go to June 24th and download some videos. No calendar, no ability to jump to a date. The only thing you offer is the ability to scroll. When there are lots of motion triggers, there are lots of videos. I scrolled for 20 minutes and reached July 24th before I surrendered and did a Hari-kari off my kitchen table. Why use my computer's Chrome browser instead of my phone or tablet? Because I wanted to preserve a lot of video for a potential criminal case of felony theft. I needed the video stored on my computer to be used in the future. I urge the developers to fix this problem, not just for my sake, but for every user of Ring cameras. With this archaic, limited use website I will not be buying more Ring cameras and will probably replace the only one I own to date. So glad I tried the product before going all in. I will say I am very likely to change my mind and outfit my home with Ring cameras if the website is fixed. I like everything about the cameras, but if one cannot easily get to video then they are worthless, or at least to me.
