Newly installed worked for an hour and now showing “installing update”. It is now 2 hours and still updating and doorbell ringing randomly. any suggestions?

Hi @user_5dc4ff. Try disconnecting the Doorbell Pro 2 from power for about a minute, then reconnecting it to power. The Doorbell should attempt the update process again after it reconnects to wifi. If that doesn't work, you can reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Once that's done, set the Doorbell back up using the steps under Set Up a Device. Should the Doorbell still be unable to complete its update, please follow up with our support team for further assistance.
