Mostly good but when it is not it is really bad

I have 5 ring camera's, 2 at home and 3 at my store. My stickup cam at my store stopped working after owning it for only 2 years. After an hour on the phone, I was told I would need to buy a new one as the warranty is only 1 year, my camera is 2 years old. So now I get to buy a new camera because I was sent a bad camera that did not last more than a year. I am so angry at this point and I don't think that I should have to buy a new camera because I was sent a bad one. So disgusted with Ring.
