Live View while on PC

Love the online ability to view history and live views. However, it seems, in the last few weeks, I am not able to view the "Live Views" on my PC. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

      Are you using the web or the desktop app? Live Views on my PC seems to work fine...I just tested from two different machines.
