I'm Having A Nightmare Trying To Get My Order!@!
I ordered a ring doorbell Pro on September 15th. It's been a literal nightmare dealing with Ring's "Support Centre". I've spent 1.5 hours and 3 phone calls and have gotten absolutely nowhere. Ring's customer service is non existent. I won't go into details but on the last call I was told that they can see my order is still "processing" (which it has been for 1.5 months) and the item IS in stock. I was told they will "Escalate" things and someone will be in touch within 48 hours. NADA. On top of this I'm still being charged for their video service which I haven't been able to use for 4 months and they just renewed it for another year on my credit card. My order number is 001-3266096 and it's my hope that someone at Ring reads this and gives me a call. It's outrageous that a customer has to resort to posting a message on a forum in hopes of contacting a company that you ordered a product from. If anyone reads this and is considering ordering a Ring product I would think twice about doing so. If you run into a problem you are doomed.

When ordering the doorbell it said 1-3 weeks delivery. There's no shipping, tracking details. All it continually says is "Processing". Their customer service rep in EGYPT told me the other day that it's IN STOCK.

Ring Help is USELESS as described in my original post. Does anyone have a contact at Ring headquarters, a phone number to their corporate offices or an email address? I can't deal with their overseas "support team" anymore. They are inept, poorly trained and don't follow through on their promises. I recently had heart surgery and I don't need anymore anxiety. I remember when I ordered my first Ring doorbell a few years back. The customer service was outstanding, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. It's a shame to see what they've become as they've gotten bigger.
