Dashboard disappeared

Hello my dashboard disappeared. I am viewing my history the old fashioned way. I just recently upgraded to a Ring 4. I changed my settings to capture screenshots every 14 minutes but that didn’t bring my dashboard back

    I also installed a new back door ring . It still have my dashboard with this camera

      Hi @Julie1764. Can you share a screenshot demonstrating what you're seeing in the Ring app regarding the dashboard? Make sure your Ring app and your phone's OS are both fully updated as well.
