Transfer of Ring Cameras

I am looking to request a transfer of ring cameras that are attached to my new house. However, The QR codes have been peeled off the devices so I am unsure how to add them so I can request the transfer. Is there anything I can do? They are the flood light wired cameras.

Hi @user_b9abb6. Try checking the back of the camera for any sort of label, as there might be a barcode you can scan. If you don't see anything at all, please reach out to our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram to see what options are available.
