Ring Smart Light Bridge blinking red light

My Ring smart lighting bridge isn’t working. WiFi is connected (steady blue) but the light below it is blinking red. I am not able to find any tech doc that explains what that means. I held the side button for ten sec to reset. And now both LEDs are blinking. WiFi is blue blinking and the one below is red light blinking (faster than the blue LED). What’s going on?
