Floodlight not detecting motion

Ring floodlight wired (no camera) just blinked once after reconnecting electricity but does not work afterwards. Is it because we’re not using Ring Bridge (we would like to use it without Ring Bridge)? Or maybe because it’s too light outside? Or maybe it’s not detecting motion? Would appreciate pointer to troubleshooting the issue. Thank you!
