Wrong time
hardwired-battery-video-doorbell

Hi, the time on my live view or motion clips will say 1 time and then when viewing it the time will be an hour behind. Anyone else have that issue? I have ring doorbell wired. Thanks

    This issue has been resolved in app version XXXX. Check the app store to see if you have an update available for the Ring app. Please keep in mind that app updates are performed on a slow rollout, so you may not see an update available yet. Thank you all for your continued patience.

        It was okay not so long ago. Not sure why it's all of a sudden doing it. I've rebooted it, reset the WiFi, deleted the app and reinstall but still the same.

        Our team is currently looking into this. To clarify, the time stamp on the Event History should accurately reflect your time zone, while the timestamp in the video itself is presented in UTC. This is why it appears to be the wrong time. Thank you for the feedback on this matter.

        I'm seeing a similar problem.  The timeline of captured videos shows the correct time but when I view a particular video the time is 5 hours earlier than the actual time when it was captured.
