Yale Deadbolt arms when locked but fails to disarm when unlocked

Yale Deadbolt Model YRD256H7VN20055376Mode Settings confirmed as follows…Disarmed:Unlocking will disarmAway:Access code will arm AwayOne touch will arm AwayThe settings are correct. The Ring app on my phone operates the lock. However, the automatic arming and disarming only half works. Using the keypad to lock “arms” the alarm. Unlocking does NOT disarm! This is unfortunate if I ask someone to enter my house while I am away.Any ideas or process I can use to debug.
