Issues signing up to assisted monitoring

I have a new plan and have been receiving an error when trying to sign up for assisted monitoring. This says "our system is experiencing a delay" and "our system can't process your information right now. Please try again" This has been the case for several days and is '"stuck" like this, i.e. keeps coming up when I press to try again.

Hi @user_20c623. Please make sure your Ring app is fully updated to the latest version available from the app store. If you have a VPN enabled, turn this off when using the Ring app. You can also sign up for Assisted Monitoring on Ring.com by following the steps here.
