Front Door Sensor Keeps going offline
troubleshooting
Hi folks, My front door sensor keeps experiencing the same issue. The sensor is constantly going offline and the status is unknown. I have changed the batteries multiple times but the only thing that works is factory resetting the sensor. When I do this the sensor will work for a day and then go back to not working. It’s so frustrating as the process to reset it is long. Does anyone have an idea of what could be happening?

Probably too far away from the Base Station. Temporarily try relocating your Extender nearer to the sensor to see if the problem goes away. If it does, you should try to permanently relocate the Extender, or buy a 2nd Extender to keep t connected. If it doesn't solve the problem, remove the sensor from the system and replace it.
