Poor sound crackle
troubleshooting
Speaking into my phone and having someone at the front door understand what I'm saying is impossible. Only 6 months old. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Changed WiFi. Tried other phones. I noticed when I tried to reset the doorbell, even the doorbell voice that was telling me the setup was complete was all garbled as well?????

Hi @user_d67966. Try factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20 seconds and then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi.
