Stuck installing update.

Ring video doorbell 4 stuck installing update. Says it can take up to 15 minutes whereas mine had been stuck for over 24hr. The way I fixed it before was to remove and reinstall as if it was a new device. This solution lasted for about 1 week where it is now stuck again. I can’t keep having to remove and reinstall because this is a time consuming process.
