Zooming in
Why can I no longer zoom in on recordings? Same software version on mine and wife’s phones - she can still zoom but I can’t. Have uninstalled, restarted phone etc. but still not working.

Hey @Les2. Much appreciated. Your mobiles info seems to be in order and current. I would check the Settings on you iPhone. There is an option under the Accessibility tab for Zoom options. Adjusting those settings might enable you to zoom in during video playback. Perhaps it would benefit to compare these settings with your wife's phone. If this doesn't work, I'd suggest giving our support team a ring. They will be more than happy to deep dive this issue with you.
