I'm trying to set up a new stick up cam it won't complete connection. The light stays steady blue that isn't covered in the trouble shooting tips. it keeps making a chime that isn't in the trouble shooting tips. Live chat can't help with this kind of problem, the phone line won't take the keyboard input for the correct department and drops the call. The other phone number on the website doesn't exist at all and none of this is mentioned anywhere on the Ring website they only want to advertise at you. I've bought the product - would be good if it worked

    Hi @SarahFreeman. Ensure your Stick Up Cam is receiving sufficient power, either by being plugged in or having the battery fully charged. Then attempt to reset your Camera by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After that, walk the Camera through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. For any issues during the setup process, we have some troubleshooting steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217240386-In-App-Setup-Failing-Repeatedly) that you can try. If that still doesn't do the trick, please follow up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) for further assistance. They can take a closer look and make sure all applicable troubleshooting steps have been completed.
