Problem with plan update

I am trying to update the plan, but the plan page displays the following message: "Oops, something went wrong here." What can I do to resolve this issue, given that your bots are unable to handle these matters, and you do not have a contact number or a live chat with real people? I look forward to your response.

    Hi @user_65e1e7. Make sure you're logged into the correct Ring account, and that you are the Owner, and not a Shared User. If you already have a Ring Home plan, you should see the plan listed under the Plan tab when you log into Ring.com. You can also try using a different web browser, and turning off any VPNs you have running. If this problem persists, you can contact our social support team directly by sending a message @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
