Microphone not working

Hi, does anyone else have the problem that they can not hear on their phone the person calling their doorbell, they can hear us but we can’t hear them through our device. I’ve checked very setting on my phone and app the microphone is turned on I’ve checked the network signal I’ve rest the doorbell nothing seems to work ?
