Offline and blue light (not flashing) - ring wired

Hello, A few days ago i saw that my ring doorbell (wired) have solid blue light on (instead of white). When i went in ring app i saw that the doorbell is offline. I tried to press button to put it into setup mode, but nothing happens. Then i switched off the power, but when it gets power back it just instantly glows blue again. Anyone having the same problems?
