Why won't my cam record all people walking on the property

My Ring Cam won't pickup burglary but it will record videos of no one is there. And no it 8s not my internet because sometimes Ring works good when it wants too. This is my worse investment ever..

Hi @user19348. Motion detection concerns are best resolved by adjusting the motion settings on your Ring device. Make sure your Motion Zones cover the common pathways that visitors take to your door, and increase your Motion Sensitivity as needed. Battery powered Ring Doorbells have a Motion Frequency setting that you can adjust as well. If you're a Ring Protect subscriber, you will also have access to Smart Alerts to further refine your motion detection and motion alerts. Lastly, consider the positioning and placement of your Ring device itself. If your device is mounted too high or low, this will negatively impact the motion detection.
