Videos will not download to computer to save
troubleshooting

Videos used to download and save to the computer, up to 50 at a time.  In the last week I am unable to download and save any videos.  I am on a Windows desktop computer that is hard wired to the modem/router (so it is not a wifi issue) and I have great download speeds of 500 Mbps up to a gigabyte.   I do not have a VPN on.  Now I can't even do 25 at a time.  It tells me to "Wait while it gathers the videos" and that it can take up to 3 minutes to please wait.  So I do.  I wait and wait and wait.  It finally stops spinning with no error message and never asks me where to save them.  It doesn't even save them to the last location that worked.  It just does nothing.  I've seen this complaint multiple times over the last 4 years from other customers.  But the complaint goes on for several pages and never do I see any resolution.  What is the fix for this?  It has to be on Rings end as nothing has changed on my computer.
