Move country, can't update phone number
We moved from the UK to Australia. The number under Account/Control Centre/Account Management has our Australian mobile number with an Aus country code, but also the UK country code before the mobile number. I can't remove this, despite updating it. I have tried to call Ring, but they couldn't help. The billing also shows in GBP pounds when I want it shown in AUS $, despite me updating to an AUS credit card. Can anyone advise how I can resolve these issues? I want to upgrade from protect basic plan to protect plus but want to get this sorted first.
